okaye!.. i am verrrrrry frustrated right about now i am having all sorts of problems iwth this phone

number 1… my main frustration is that it wont let me txt.. i write a msg put in a contact.. hit the send button… nothing happens.. its not liek its doin it and freezing it just wont even try and send to begin with!

number 2…if i turn off my phone and turn it back on .. the time and date is gone i can live with that but it begins to get frustrating havin to alwys fix the time n date… especially since my phone is always bein turned off cuz my battery dies so quick

number 3.. speakin of batteries.. why is it that they dont last! i have 3.. i charge them all up fully n i have to use 2 batteries in a day jsut 2 last me

number 4..most annoying phone ever… i try n delete msgs n heaps of stuff as it tells me i have lo storage space… but it doesnt make a bloody differnce what can i delete?

number 5… MOST CRUD PHONE EVER! I HATE IT!…

shouuld i jsut reset the whole thing .. my main concern is losing all my txt messages and contacts
