Flea Remedies Kill Too Many Pets, EPA Warns – Truthdig

The Environmental Protection Agency said Wednesday it would crack down on topical flea treatments after reports of injured pets surged 65 percent in 2008. The agency received complaints of 44263 injured pets and about 600 deaths.
