I am unemployed, so I can’t help my mom on the mortgage payments. We lost my dad to cancer a year ago and so my mom’s own income, under 2k a month, is all she has to pay the house. Soon the life insurance will dry up and then we won’t have anything. I know that there are processes and ways to handle this, since the monthly payment is only 1100 a month. What can my mom and I do, or what should we try?
