Im trying to get a loan to cover training tuition. Im twenty years old and currently unemployed. Im trying to cover the tuition and exspenses to start a life long career. I have no credit and no bank account.
The tuition is for a training facility and not a educational college. Im interested in starting a career in National or International Security.

I am 62 and thinking about semi-retiring. I would like information concerning mortgage loan originators. How much do they make on average? Do you have to work for a bank or other lender or can you work freelance? How do you obtain the necessary training?

I have recently become a mortgage loan officer in the DFW area. There is not a lot of experience in my office. Any advice where I can get assistance to survive this market? I would be happy to learn how to close at least one loan per month then build from there. Thanks for your assistance.

I have been a loan officer, sales manager and Wholesale rep at various times over 31 yrs. I never wrote subprime loans. With the mortgage crash, I am looking for another career. I am not really interested in insurance, financial planning or being a stockbroker. I do have a college degree.

Any suggestions?
