I am a mortgage broker who recently signed up with Lending Tree to buy leads, but I can’t get an account rep on the phone to tell me what they cost. I know the price varies by age of the lead and a few other things. Can anyone help??? Thanks in advance.

I am a first time home buyer. I wonder how I can get the best mortgage rate? I am not thinking about buying points or anything. Instead I want to reduce my cost on getting the loan. Is there any websites listing different mortgage rate from different mortgage companies?
If I want to get “no closing costs” mortgage, what do I need to show the lender / mortgage broker?
