I contacted BofA and they denied my request as I do not make enough money to pay on the loan even if they were to modify it. ???? Funny though that I make to much money to file for bancruptcy. I would like any suggestions I can get to help modify my loan.

We never did, because we refused to sign unless we could pay on our own.
But they pushed it.
Have the laws altered now so you can’t get a mortgage without these things on escrow?
Funny- we must have been one of the few years ago to put 20% down.
