A friend of mine is presently in negotiations with a couple, trying to buy their house, which he has rented for a few years now. They have this home through a mortgage company. Is there a way he can find out who the mortgage company is, without asking them?
I think it might be a matter of public record at the Courthouse… but is their an Internet Site that can give the same information?
