There are several occupations that are consistently using temporary or seasonal contracts, such as traveling nurses, salesman, long haul truckers. I have been working consistently for a company that only offers temporary contracts. And it is the only factor in preventing me from obtaining a mortgage from my lender. Anyone know how to get through this? What works? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
I just learned that the lender has guidelines and will not grant the mortgage due to distance to work. I need to find another lender

I’m looking for mortgage rates online and want to build modular next year, now just looking for the best deal and wondering when today’s Fed actions will be reflected in the offers I find.
