Its a big amount of money lend to this person and agrees that she will pay the interest plus the principal amount at a certain time. Now she does not pick up the phone and the check she gave bounces. I don’t have a contract on the loan amount except a promissory note that she will pay it. I don’t know what is the next step to legally force her to pay me back.
What is the best legal way to collect a personal loan from a person who does not answer phone calls?
